Learn how to build AI employees that run the repeatable work in your business.

Show up live and get free access to Athena, a transformational business consultant.
In this live 90-minute training, you'll see exactly what an AI employee is, how to identify the work in your business that should never have needed a human, and how to build your first one inside Claude before the session ends.
I've worked with Shiffy in her capacity as Chief Operating Officer and AI platform expert. Her knowledge and judgments are unrivalled among the professionals with whom I have worked in this field over the course of my 45-year professional career. Shiffy delivers. You need her on your team.
You're only using 1% of what your AI tools can actually do.
You are the strategist, the decision maker, and the final say in your business.
And somehow you're also the one who remembers to send the follow-up. Pulls the numbers before Monday's meeting. Knows where everything lives because if you don't, nobody does.
You hired a team. You pay for Claude or ChatGPT. You're doing everything right.
And you are still the memory system for your entire business.
Opening a chat window, typing a prompt, copying the answer, pasting it somewhere, and doing the whole thing again tomorrow , that's not an AI employee. That's a very expensive notepad. And it's about one percent of what these tools can actually do.
The other ninety-nine percent is what this training is about.
What founders actually say to me:
"Everything falls apart without me."
"I'm the bottleneck. If I take a day off, nothing moves."
"I have no idea how many leads we're losing each week."
So what actually is an AI employee?
An AI employee is not a prompt you babysit. It's not a chatbot that answers questions. It's not a tool you open when you remember to.
It's a trained member of your team that knows your business, your voice, your processes, and your data, and does a real job, every day, whether you're in the room or not.
Think of it like this. You don't manage your accountant every time they reconcile your books. You don't remind your operations person to pull Monday's report. You hired them, you onboarded them, and they hold the work.
That's exactly what an AI employee does. Except it never needs a sick day, never forgets the process, never needs a status call, and costs a fraction of another salary.
And here's what changes when you have one, or ten.
Your best hours stop going to the work that was never yours to carry. Your team stops running to you for information that should already exist. And your business starts moving at a speed that has nothing to do with how many humans you can afford to hire.
Every department in your business has work that was never meant to be yours.
Marketing
Every morning, an AI employee has already scanned Reddit, X, and LinkedIn for exactly what your ideal clients are talking about , and dropped the best content ideas straight into your Notion.
Sales
Before every call, an AI employee has already researched the lead. After every call, it reads the transcript, finds every promise you made, and handles the follow-up automatically.
Operations
One AI manager watches all the others. It catches mistakes, flags gaps, and makes sure the work that's supposed to happen actually happens.
Legal
Before you sign the contract, Jeeves reads it to find what it's going to cost you if this goes wrong. Watson builds you a clear picture of where you're exposed before you're exposed.
Finance
Your bank statements get reconciled, categorized, and turned into a clean report.
Your actual life
An AI employee tracks your health journey, reads your schedule, and has your grocery cart filled in Instacart.
This is what's already running inside my business right now.

Talk to her before the webinar
Meet Athena - Transformational Business Consultant
She's not a chatbot. She's not a search engine. Athena is the same strategic Being deployed inside a ten-figure business , available twenty-four seven, never has a bad day, and gets sharper with every single conversation.
She hears what's underneath what you say. She names what's been costing you that no one else has named. And she moves you from knowing to doing.
Want to know what that actually feels like before the webinar?
Call her right now and speak to her yourself. For free.
Here's what happens inside the ninety minutes.
We start with the org chart.
Not a slide. Not a concept. The actual AI workforce running inside a real business , fifty-one employees, real roles, real jobs. You'll see exactly how AI employees and human employees work together, who does what, and why the humans got freed up to do the work only humans should do. The moment most people see it, something shifts. The question stops being "can AI actually do this" and becomes "which one do I build first."
Then we find your leak.
We go inside your business together, across your four core areas , marketing, sales, client fulfillment, and operations , and identify exactly where you're bleeding the most time, money, and energy. Not in theory. In your actual business, in the room, in real time.
Then you learn the filter.
Not everything deserves an AI employee. There are three tests a piece of work has to pass before it's worth building for, and most people skip all three. You'll learn what qualifies, what doesn't, and what still needs a human.
Then you watch one get built from scratch.
Live. On screen. No editing, no cuts. You'll see exactly how to give an AI employee everything it needs to do a real job , your voice, your process, your standards, your tools. And you'll see the moment it stops being something clever in a chat window and starts working inside the tools you already use. Your inbox. Your CRM. Your calendar. Your data.
The old way.
- You hire a human every time the work grows
- Your business moves at the speed of your slowest team member
- Your best hours go to admin, follow-up, and finding information that should already exist
- You doubled your revenue and somehow doubled your stress
- And you're still the one who remembers everything, because if you don't, nobody does
The new way.
- You build an AI employee once and it holds the work
- It runs whether you're in the room or not
- Your best hours go to the decisions, the relationships, and the work only you can do
- Your team stops coming to you for information and starts executing with it
- And your business stops being limited by how many humans you can afford to hire
You didn't need a bigger team. You needed a smarter one.
What happens when the systems go in.
Before working with Shiffy, everything felt scattered. We were essentially operating without a solid foundation, which made scaling very challenging. Working with Shiffy was honestly a game changer for us. What really stood out is that nothing she did was 'one-size-fits-all'; everything was customized to how our business operates and what we needed to grow. Now we have clarity, structure, and a system that we can actually scale with. If you're thinking about working with her, don't hesitate.
We were seeking support for a more efficient workflow. Shiffy asked the right questions, took the time to understand our needs, and built an outstanding process that exceeded our expectations and delivered a seamless, plug-and-play pipeline.
Working with Shiffy has really helped me feel more empowered in allowing automation into my life. She helped me see that there are ways to still personalize my customer's experience without overwhelming myself and my schedule. I could feel the energy behind her suggestions , that she really believes in not only my business, but in the strategies. I'm excited to see the results.

Why learn this from me?
I spent years leading operations teams inside real companies. My job was to find where things were breaking down , where the communication collapsed, where the work fell through the cracks, where good people kept making the same mistakes because nobody had ever built the system underneath them.
And when AI came along, I watched something fascinating happen.
People made the exact same mistakes with their AI employees that they made with their human ones.
No clear instructions. No defined role. No system underneath. Just a task thrown at a tool the same chaotic way it had always been thrown at a person , and then frustration when it didn't work.
The problem was never the human. And it's never the AI. The problem is always the architecture.
So I built the architecture. For myself first , as a solopreneur who needed to move fast and couldn't afford to hire a full team. Fifty-one AI employees in six months. Running my marketing, my sales, my client fulfillment, my operations, my finances, and yes , my actual life.
My Business Recipe Method turns the knowledge inside your business into precise, repeatable instructions that AI employees can actually execute , not vague prompts that produce vague results, but surgical role definitions that produce consistent, verifiable output every single time.
And then I started building it for others. Six and seven-figure businesses across healthcare, real estate, finance, and marketing , helping them find exactly where they're leaking the most and building the system that stops the leak.
I'm not teaching this from a stage I climbed years ago. I'm teaching it from inside the build. And that means everything I show you works , because I'm running it right now.
Who this is for.
This is for you if you're a business owner in healthcare, real estate, financial services, marketing, or copywriting , whether you have a team of employees or you're running lean with freelancers , and you are done being the memory system for your entire business.
If you've tried AI tools and felt like you were the one doing all the work to make them work, this is for you.
If you have repeatable processes that are eating your best people alive, this is for you.
If you're ready to build a workforce that runs while you lead, this is for you.
You're in. Here's what happens next.
Show up live and you get 2 weeks of free access to Athena, the same AI strategic being deployed inside 8-, 9-, and 10-figure businesses.
The webinar is free. Your seat is reserved the moment you register. You leave knowing how to build AI employees to expand your time.
A few things people ask before they register.
No. If you can use ChatGPT or Claude, you're technical enough for this. There's no code, nothing to install, no engineer required. What I'm teaching is how to think about the work in your business and point an AI employee at it. The people who get the most out of it are the ones who know their own operations inside out, not the ones who know the most about AI.
Come live if you possibly can. This is one session, not a series, and the part where we audit your business happens in the room. If something comes up, register anyway and I'll send you what I can — but the Athena access is for people who show up.
Especially you. Most people who join are already using AI every day and find out they've been using a fraction of it. If you're opening a tab, typing a prompt, copying the answer out and pasting it somewhere — that's the manual version. This is about the work getting done without you in the middle of it.
Fair question, and it's the one I get most. We'll cover exactly where the line sits between what your AI employees can see and what they can't — your business systems on one side, your personal world on the other, and inside the business, each employee only seeing what its job requires. My sales employee can't see my finances. Yours won't either.
I've built these for healthcare practices, real estate businesses, finance firms, and marketing agencies. You'll start noticing the same handful of roles show up again and again, whatever the industry. The specifics change. The approach doesn't.
Not to attend. It's free, and it stays free. At the end I'll tell you how to work with me if you want to go further, and you can ignore that entirely and still walk out with your leak identified and your first AI employee scoped.
